David M. Bachler

David M. Bachler is a seasoned pilot with nearly four decades of experience blending military, aviation, and academic pursuits. A Distinguished Graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy, he began his flight journey in 1983, quickly advancing to become a Cadet Sailplane Instructor Pilot and FAA Certified Flight Instructor–Glider. During his time at the Academy, he completed over 500 instructional flights while majoring in Russian/Soviet History and minoring in Russian language.
